I deliberately left them blank so they can be abstracted to any scale you want, but I would say they are easiest to handle at 6 miles. Although I usually use a 1-mile standard for my campaign maps because you need the granularity.
ReplyDeleteAnother easy measurement is 1 hex = 1 days travel if you are trying to understand the relationship between to points. And develope a feel for scale.
