I created a Player's Guide to creating a new Yoon-Suin character for D&D 5th Edition.
I created a Player's Guide to creating a new Yoon-Suin character for D&D 5th Edition. It features Slug and Crab races, as well as several backgrounds.

Just to keep consistent with Yoon-Suin, I would make Dwarves only Fighters or Thieves and mention that Slug-men are Wizards or Clerics.
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic. All I need now is 5e stats for unique monsters (and XP for all)
ReplyDeleteI endorse this.
ReplyDeleteMark Sable I've started converting a few of the monsters I'll need as well. I'll probably post a DM's guide with monsters and drug addiction rules at some point.
ReplyDeleteFortunately most monsters don't really need conversion (Sone = 5e night hag, etc)
Brian Bleakley how's your progress on your DM's guide? I appreciated your work formalizing the race guide and would be interested in seeing what you've thought up particularly for monster equivalents or stat conversions. Cheers.
ReplyDeleteGar Waterman I haven't been working on much lately. I'm not running an active Yoon Suin game right now, but I will probably get back to it eventually :)
ReplyDeleteThough I’d check in again and see if you’ve had any time to get back to this.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, no. I've been pretty busy lately and on the D&D side my friends and I are halfway through 3 other campaigns that we want to finish up before really getting into Yoon-Suin.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the answer Brian Bleakley. I hope you get a chance at some point and share it with us
ReplyDeleteGlad I found this before g+ shut down
